Urban Rides is an e-mobility webshop that sells electric scooters, bikes, and other e-mobility solutions. They came to us with a problem: they were spending a significant amount on Google Ads (SEA) every month but not seeing a return on their investment. Their goal was to achieve a healthy and profitable ROAS with their Google Ads.

We started by analyzing their existing Google Ads campaigns and identified several areas for improvement. Firstly, we noticed that their keyword targeting was too broad, leading to irrelevant clicks and wasted ad spend. Secondly, their ad creatives were not engaging enough to capture the attention of their target audience.

To address these issues, we refined their keyword targeting by focusing on more specific and relevant keywords. This helped to reduce their cost per click and increase the likelihood of conversions. We also redesigned their ad creatives to make them more visually appealing and highlight the key benefits of their products.

We then implemented several optimization strategies such as bid adjustments based on time of day and device, and audience targeting to ensure that their ads were being shown to the most relevant users. We also conducted A/B testing to determine which ad creatives and landing pages were most effective at driving conversions.

The results were impressive. Over the six-month period, we were able to achieve an average ROAS of 14.3.

The success of this campaign can be attributed to a combination of effective targeting, creative design, and optimization strategies. By identifying and addressing the weaknesses in their existing campaigns, we were able to create a more efficient and effective Google Ads strategy that delivered results.
